Convergence

Convergence is a quarterly forum hosted by LEED and the Los Rios Community College District that showcases issues that intersect between workforce development, education and the economy. Through Convergence, LEED seeks to identify the Sacramento region’s future workforce demand and share that information with educators, employers, and civic leaders. Convergence has showcased the critical importance of STEM education, career technical education and sought to identify the human capital needs of industry clusters critical to the Capital Region’s economic future.  View the video below to learn more about why the Capital Region’s leaders engage in and support Convergence.  This video was developed with the generous financial support from Sutter Health Sacramento Sierra Region.
